Name: Watery Death

Other names: The Sea Serpent

Does it breathe fire? Yes, but only when it's been out of the water for a long period of time.
If so, what is it's fire Limit: 4

Height: Males: 7 ft. Females: 6-6.5 ft

Weight: Males: 300-400 lbs. Females: 250-300 lbs.

Lifespan: If healthy can live up to 200 years.

Population: Unknown

Behavior: Curious, but very aloof. They are hard to train because their attention span is short and are easily bored. Repetition does NOT work.

Facts: The Watery Death spends most of it's life span in the water, though it can survive easily on land (won't last as long, only 100 years if purely on land).

To see one though, either on land or in the sea, is very rare. They are hardly seen, their coloring allowing them to be right next to you in the water without you even knowing. Coloring can range from blue to green. Very rare but possible colors are pure white or pitch black. Males have a red pouch that makes their throat a target/weak spot. Females have a similar, smaller pouch but it's often a color that is only slightly lighter than the main color. Since the males have a more dynamic coloring, they are more easily spotted than females, but only in the air. The pouch serves similar to a pelicans. They hold fish or other food there for easy access to feed their young or save for later.

Males are distinctly different than females. While both have long necks, the males are most definitely harder to train due to spikes running all along their neck and tails and a stubborn temper. Males are also more heavily armored , has more markings, and is more angular than the female. The females seem more defenseless and ARE easier to control, but for some reason, females can retract their spikes and wings, possibly because it makes them more aerodynamic and easier to maneuver in the water to protect their young.

Both have a fierce temper. Even though the males are heavily armored (as well as the females when they extend their spikes and wings), they have weak spots, such as their backs (which isn't protected by spikes), their underbelly, throat, and their ear flaps. The strongest areas are their tail, webbed feet with claws, and head and neck.

Neither have horns, so the only way to control them is by a dragon sized halter.
