Primary Class Function: Body Artist

Secondary Class Function: Info gatherer, with his street smarts and connections, he’d be awesome at getting the dirt on others XD

Subroutine Function:
- Has a shop set up in Neutralis with his adopted sister, Chassis.
- He generally does personal appointments, often going to both sides to gain clients.

Personality: BUILD ON IT
- A stubborn pain in the aft with a smooth talking charm that is strangely irresistible.
- His parents, who were smugglers, came to Neutralis to escape some … business associates. His relationship with his parents was generally good enough, even though they were hardly there.
- Even though he’s a strict neutral, he has some strong Con-like tendencies, courtesy of his parents.
- VJ is a very laid back and calm dude in front of others, but he keeps his worries and troubles well hidden. It’s only when he’s alone, he lets down his façade and becomes serious to reflect on the problem.

History:
- He first met Chassis at school in the lunchroom, where some bullies were picking on her because she was the new kid at school. He noticed what was going on, showed the bullies what for and they became practically inseparable.
- He was first introduced to being a body artist when Chassis invited him over to meet her parents. It fascinated him to no end that you can make a living painting on people. Chassis’ parents invited him over constantly since his parents were never there, so he began to see her as his sister and her parents as his aunt and uncle. She even painted similar stripes on him to match her’s and his hair. Then one day, his parents never came back. They then snuck out to the junk yards one day and his parents were found in a pile of scrap.
- When he finds out, he wasn't necessarily surprised because he knew what his parents were doing, but he was devastated nonetheless and he goes off to cry where no one (aka his old house) can find him because he'd try to 'be strong' and show others that his parents didn’t raise a wimp.
- He lived on his own for a couple of weeks before Chassis practically dragged him to live at her house (with her parents’ consent of course. They even helped him pack XD)

- After Chassis’s parents died, he was one his own again but this time with Chassis to take care of. In reality, they took care of each other.

- After a while, the group grew up and moved on and VJ and Chassis were the only ones left. Though he was proud of his sibs for growing up and making a life for themselves, it was weird to see his ‘kids’ leave. But he took it all into stride as he always did and continued life with his little sis, Chassis.
- All was good and well until the Elite Guard found out about special ‘invisibility’ paint that Chassis created resulting in them taking her… by force. VJ was powerless to stop them and was ultimately left alone.
- He slipped into a depression after they took Chassis away. With all the weight of the shop and the fact that he was suddenly alone was hard on him to keep everything afloat. In addition, he threw himself into matters that weren't shop related, but more for the community and basically overworked himself, deteriorating his health because he would often forget to sleep or eat anything in hours, leaving the food that the other neutrals would bring untouched.
- Because of this, he would have lost the shop if the locals didn't step in. It didn’t help that he picked up smoking as a last ditch coping method and smoked instead of eating. He drank high-grade every once in a while and got wasted, but he didn’t really pick that up.
- When Chassis came back, he was a mess, sick, with an addiction. The ensuing months/year was filled with intensive rehab.
